Introduction
Bellwether LLC is a Veteran owned, Illinois based operations consulting firm providing services to both public and private sector clients. Our Government Performance Services division (Bellwether GPS) has developed specialized services for counties of all sizes and have provided over 80% of all professional consulting services to Illinois Counties since 2013.
Bellwether LLC was founded by Bruce DeLashmit. Bruce is retired US Navy who attended George Washington University and the US Naval War College. Upon his retiring in 1998 Bruce transitioned to the private sector as an operations consulting for a Fortune 25 company and formed Bellwether shortly thereafter.
In addition to his service in Naval Surface Warfare, his resume includes operations consulting for the Department of Defense, United States Congress, United States State Department, United States Department of Interior and several State, County and Municipal engagements.
