Training and Results. The Kaizen Event includes leadership briefing, team training on tools and techniques, project definition, direct practice solving real issues, presentation development and executive review. (5-6 days of in-depth training with hands on experience)
Self Guided Teams
Need more time and want to avoid the costs of long term engagements? Bellwether Advantage offers a Self Guided Team model using our template approach to lean six sigma. Your team does the leg work and are provided daily insights into their work.
Light Touch. The experience begins with three days of training using our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. Your team follows their training with access to the Bellwether Advantage Lean Six Sigma Templates to track their progress and record their progress. Each template is reviewed by a Bellwether associate who provided comments and real time coaching. (3 days of training followed by contracted coaching services)
